Installation and Training

Installation: After the machine arrives at the customer's factory, our company will send an engineer to the customer's factory for installation, and the customer will not be responsible for the installation fee within one week.

Training: After the engineer completes the debugging at the customer's factory, the customer can designate a person, and our engineer will provide training to them, such as relevant operations during machine operation, maintenance of the machine, disassembly of molds, and other related knowledge, Customers pay for engineer services based on the required training duration.

Aftersales Services

We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including product warranty, replacement parts, etc., to ensure that customers can purchase with confidence.And it will also collect customer feedback, timely understand customer needs and opinions, and provide reference for product improvement and optimization.
Customers need to perform regular maintenance according to the maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer, such as checking whether each component has sufficient lubricating oil after long-term production. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly clean the important driving parts of the machine to prevent foreign objects from falling in and causing damage.

How long is the warranty period?: 13months calculated from the date of shipment from our factory.During warranty period, except the artificial factor, the spares are free to maintenance, beyond the warranty time, the buyer needs to pay the spare charge and shipping cost.

How to install the machine?: We will send technician to your factory to install the machine, and teach your workers to use it. You pay all related costs, including visa charge, double-way tickets, hotel, meals, and technician salary.

How will make the shippment ?: Our equipment will be transported by sea, and samples will be shipped by air through courier companies.

How long is your delivery time?: Our company's finance department will start production after receiving the customer's deposit and samples. The equipment will be completed within 50 days and we will install the customer's mold for debugging and send samples to the customer for confirmation of satisfaction. After confirmation is completed, we will arrange for shipment.

Do you provide samples ?: Yes, we can provide samples for customers' reference. At the same time, if customers have products they want to make, they can send us samples. The designer will draw the mold drawings based on the customer's samples.

What is your terms of payment ?: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before dispatch.
